Teachers of F.M.Pelcl Grammar School spent two days learning how to teach, playing the students´ roles – we were fighting Maths and History to learn how the students feel, how to conquer boredom, misunderstanding and fear of failure.
In the second part of our training we were working on the teacher´s language. We often say something with the best intentions, but it is somehow misunderstood afterwards.
The achievements are clearly visible in the goals we have formed: to be kindly demanding, friendly though professional, understanding that every student is an individual.
The best prize we got? Our lecturer told us at the end: “I am seriously thinking of enrolling my child to your school.”
